Mirëserdhët në Apartment 197, jemi këtu prej vitit 2002. Ishte viti kur frymoj liria e kufijtë ishin hapur, kishim mysafirë nga e gjithë bota. E nisëm me atë që dinim të bënim më së miri, t'i tregonim botës sensin tonë të mikpritjes dhe se s'i Prishtina në të vërtetë frymon. Kështu lindi Apartment 197 në Qytezën Pejton.
